About Fakeeh Care Group

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a dedicated individual for a Post Graduate and Clinical Training role. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations spanning both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

This role focuses on the administrative and coordination aspects of various training programs within Fakeeh Care Group. The successful candidate will manage applications, schedule orientations, maintain trainee records, and provide essential support for both undergraduate and postgraduate training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive application forms for training programs, including Clinical, Non-Clinical, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule hospital-wide and departmental orientation sessions for new trainees, such as students, interns, and postgraduate clinical attachments.
  • Maintain comprehensive and current files for each trainee, including BLS certification, vaccination and screening status, rotation evaluation forms, job descriptions, leave logs, annual evaluations, and contract copies.
  • Ensure new trainees are properly oriented to DSFH policies and procedures, in accordance with the physician orientation policy.
  • Serve as a liaison with departmental program directors regarding trainee rotation schedules (both internal and external), vacations, and resident meetings.
  • Communicate with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) to update program directors on monthly meeting requirements, examination schedules, and issued memos or instructions.
  • Manage and coordinate logistical arrangements for training programs.
  • Maintain records of all correspondence related to training programs across Fakeeh Care Group.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairperson of OJT Training and Staff Development, in coordination with the HR Department.
  • Organize and arrange meetings for undergraduate and postgraduate training and departmental committees (CPS, CME, OJT), prepare meeting minutes, maintain documentation, and provide necessary support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Basic administrative and coordination skills.
  • Ability to accurately organize files, trainee records, and training documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with trainees, departments, and external bodies.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office applications for reporting and documentation.

Experience and Work Type

This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
