Product Recovery Coordinator

About the Role

Baytonia is seeking a Product Recovery Coordinator to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing and overseeing product maintenance, repair, and refurbishment requests. The coordinator will ensure all repair activities are completed efficiently, on time, and according to established quality standards, ultimately preparing products for reuse or resale.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage product maintenance requests from various departments.
• Assess product conditions and determine necessary maintenance or repairs in collaboration with specialists.
• Track maintenance requests from initial receipt through to the completion of repair work.
• Update request statuses regularly and ensure proper closure upon completion.

Workshop and Technician Coordination

• Coordinate with internal and external workshops to execute maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor workshop performance to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Track repair costs and report any issues or delays to management.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of spare parts and necessary maintenance materials.

Product Refurbishment and Recovery

• Monitor damaged or returned products and evaluate their potential for repair and refurbishment.
• Coordinate refurbishment and repair activities to restore product quality and appearance.
• Inspect repaired products to confirm they meet quality standards and are ready for resale or reuse.
• Contribute to waste reduction and maximize the recovery of repairable products.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, product conditions, and repair costs.
• Prepare periodic reports on completed, pending, and delayed requests.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
