Production Manager Pre Insulated Pipes & Fittings

Job Summary

Finstorm Placement Services is seeking an experienced Production Manager for Pre-Insulated Pipes & Fittings on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and involves leading the manufacturing operations for pre-insulated piping products used in major infrastructure and district cooling projects.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of pre-insulated pipes and fittings. This leadership position requires a hands-on professional to ensure operational excellence, meet production targets, and maintain high-quality standards within the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to achieve established production targets.
• Oversee PUR/PIR injection and spray manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Optimize machine performance, productivity, and material utilization.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams on product testing, approvals, and customer requirements.
• Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in pre-insulated pipe manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in PUR/PIR injection and spray foam production processes.
• Proven experience in production planning, factory operations, quality control, and team leadership.
• Sound knowledge of industry standards including EN253, EN448, EN488, EN489, EN15698, and ISO 4427.
