The Role of Receptionist

Novotel Makkah, located in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk Agent. This is a full-time position suitable for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for guests, contributing to a welcoming and professional experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a professional and efficient welcome.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, requests, and inquiries promptly.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel system.
• Address guest complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Process payments and assist with cashiering procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk area.
• Adhere to hotel security, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
• Support the Front Office team and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
