The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Regional Assets & Facilities Manager to join its team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves managing assets and facilities across the region, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional Assets & Facilities strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards to ensure compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Manage employee accommodation, welfare facilities, and workplace services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality living and working environments.
• Direct the operation, maintenance, and optimization of facilities, infrastructure, depots, and support assets to maximize reliability, availability, and operational performance.
• Oversee the delivery of catering, housekeeping, transportation, and other employee support services in line with agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Lead Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), fire protection, and regulatory compliance programs through audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
• Drive workplace planning, office space allocation, and utilization initiatives to optimize resources and enhance employee experience.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including procurement support, contract administration, performance evaluation, and service-level compliance.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, replacement planning, and disposal to maximize asset value and performance.
• Develop and maintain business continuity, emergency response, disaster recovery, and salvage management plans to ensure operational resilience.
• Lead regional expansion projects, infrastructure development initiatives, lease management activities, and capital improvement programs to support business growth and operational readiness.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
