Ninja is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee national maintenance and facilities operations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading operations across Ninja stores and supporting locations.

Role Overview

The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will lead regional maintenance teams, ensuring operational continuity and upholding high standards of safety, service quality, and maintenance performance. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing large-scale maintenance operations, driving performance across multiple locations, and ensuring reliable and safe facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and supervise 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations.
• Manage national SLA, preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and AMC performance.
• Oversee facilities services, including cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste management, and related services.
• Implement and optimize CAFM/FSM workflows for tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and SLA reporting.
• Ensure proper store handovers, snag closure, accurate asset records, and timely supplier warranty claims.
• Manage operational priorities and maintenance expenditure in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control departments.
• Resolve major maintenance and operational escalations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale maintenance operations across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of operational continuity, safety standards, and service quality in facilities management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing operations across various Ninja stores and supporting locations, requiring a leader who can manage diverse teams and operational demands.
