Revenue Manager of BI & Pricing

About the Role

The Revenue Manager of BI & Pricing at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, located in Makkah, is a permanent position reporting to the Group Director of Revenue Management. This role is central to supporting the hotel's Commercial Strategy team by ensuring meticulous data collection, accurate reporting, and efficient system maintenance. The focus of this position includes execution, data accuracy, routine system maintenance, foundational analysis, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of information and data, actively seeking to create or enhance automation efforts in reporting tools between systems.
• Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentations at various revenue meetings, or for required reporting within the complex, to corporate teams, and ownership.
• Accurately generate and update all Revenue Management reports.
• Serve as the primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team, and for ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.
• Perform detailed data entry and routine system maintenance tasks, including rate loading, restrictions management, and daily system checks, ensuring system hygiene in accordance with Accor and brand standards.
• Maintain all systems including FLYR, BI, IDeaS, and Demand 360.
• Assist in the pricing framework across the complex.
• Contribute to 1-, 3-, and 5-year project plans aimed at creating a sustainable Total Revenue Department.
• Help launch Food and Beverage and Ancillary Revenue KPIs and worksheets.
• Maintain close relationships with the GRC to ensure the call center is consistently updated on the complex hotel’s information.
• Support special projects within Revenue Management, focusing on uncovering new revenue opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting as needed for senior leadership.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs may be required. The role also involves performing other reasonable job duties as requested.
