• Maximizing guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering positive and timely responses to inquiries.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Building effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in safety & security is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Maintain constant vigilance over hotel operations and premises.
• Document incidents and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Recommend improvements to security, surveillance, and fire systems.
• Review incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
• Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and policies.
• Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team.

• Previous security experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of planning and enforcing security systems.
• Valid qualifications in fire safety and first aid.
• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
