About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Senior Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is for a mid to senior-level individual contributor responsible for managing and monitoring project and operational costs.

Role Overview

The Senior Cost Control Specialist will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline and contractual compliance. This involves a focus on budget control, detailed variance analysis, and accurate financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project and operational costs effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive budget control activities.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and their root causes.
• Develop and maintain accurate cost forecasts.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to contractual financial obligations and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cost control or a similar financial role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project and operational costs.
• Proven experience with budget control, variance analysis, and forecasting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a professional environment focused on financial oversight and strategic support.
