About the Role

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel is seeking a Senior Laundry Attendant to join the Laundry team. This full-time position is based in Makkah and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves managing complex laundry tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex laundry tasks, including delicate fabrics and special treatments, to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and report issues promptly.
• Assist Team Leads in monitoring workflow and ensuring the timely completion of laundry operations.
• Conduct quality checks on laundered items, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards before delivery.
• Support inventory control by tracking linen and uniform usage and reporting shortages.
• Train and guide new laundry attendants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to handle complex laundry tasks and operate relevant equipment.
• Understanding of quality control and safety protocols in laundry operations.

This is a full-time position located at the Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in Makkah.
