About the Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking a Senior Officer Technology Performance Management to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to establishing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting IT performance across the bank. The Senior Officer ensures that IT services, projects, operations, vendors, and strategic initiatives are consistently measured against defined KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT Performance Management Framework, monitoring enterprise IT KPIs, KRIs, and operational metrics.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Define and maintain IT KPIs aligned with business objectives, establish targets, and review their relevance periodically.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, and develop executive dashboards for the CIO and relevant committees.
• Monitor SLA compliance, investigate breaches, and coordinate corrective actions with service owners.
• Track project schedule, budget, scope, and quality KPIs, coordinating reporting with the PMO and monitoring benefits realization.
• Measure vendor KPIs and SLA compliance, prepare vendor scorecards, and support governance meetings.
• Support SAMA ITGF implementation and ensure alignment with COBIT, ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, benchmark performance, and support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Required certifications include ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4, COBIT Foundation, PMP or PRINCE2, Certified KPI Professional, Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft Power BI Certification, ISO 20000 Foundation, and ISO 27001 Foundation.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in IT Performance Management, IT Governance, IT PMO, or IT Service Management.
• Prior experience within the banking or financial services sector.

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and the IT Governance Framework.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in KPI and KRI Management.
