About the Opportunity

Gleeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports an iconic program in the region, with a primary focus on pre-contract services. The position is based in Jeddah and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pre-contract cost management services. This role involves managing commissions to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with Gleeds' established procedures, while also actively engaging with clients to develop and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-contract cost management services.
• Managing commissions to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with Gleeds procedures.
• Positively engaging with clients and developing, growing, and maintaining client relationships.
• Developing and presenting cost plans.
• Validating and quantifying cost estimates.
• Producing and presenting reports to clients.
• Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying professional.
• 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Demonstrated focus on pre-contract services.
