About the Role

Work Force Nexus is seeking a Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the manufacturing, fabrication, and installation of a diverse range of indoor and outdoor signage. The role requires a professional who ensures high-quality execution from production through to final installation and offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Specialist will be responsible for bringing creative designs to life through hands-on involvement in all stages of signage projects. This includes preparing substrates, applying vinyl graphics, mounting, laminating, and performing on-site installations. The ideal candidate will have experience with various sign types and installation techniques, ensuring adherence to production specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and install various types of indoor and outdoor signage.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces for vinyl application and graphics installation.
• Apply vinyl graphics accurately according to production specifications.
• Mount and laminate printed graphics while maintaining quality standards.
• Install diverse signage, including ACP/Aluminium Cladding, 3D Channel Letters, Acrylic & Metal Letters, Large Vinyl Graphics, Banners, Post & Panel Signs, Wayfinding & Directional Signage, and Concrete Bases and Sign Frames.
• Operate power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret production drawings and installation instructions.
• Conduct quality checks both before and after installation.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards during fabrication and installation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–10 years of experience in the signage production and installation industry.
• Demonstrated experience in indoor and outdoor signage installation.
• Hands-on knowledge of vinyl application, lamination, and graphic mounting.
• Experience with ACP cladding, channel letters, sign fabrication, and structural installations.
• Proficiency in using power tools and installation fixings.
• Ability to accurately read measurements, drawings, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing physical lifting when required.
• Willingness to travel for project installations as needed.
• Good English communication and reading skills.
• Experience within the GCC region is an advantage.
