Site Driver Team Leader

JD Logistics, a division of ***, is seeking a Site Driver Team Leader to join our operations in Makkah. This full-time position is responsible for leading and supervising a team of station drivers, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of package delivery operations at a specific station.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of station drivers to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and delivery activities, optimizing driver schedules and routes for efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance, including delivery speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Address and resolve driver and customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with package loading and unloading, and perform driver duties when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
