About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Team Leader, Accommodation & Transportation to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the direct manager and ensuring the team's compliance with company systems and processes. The Team Leader will also assist in training junior team members, conducting regular area reviews, and managing client relationships to ensure project profitability. Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the direct manager to provide support to the site and team.
• Ensure junior team members comply with CATRION systems and processes.
• Assist in training junior team members on the CATRION quality system, ensuring understanding, adherence, and consistent service delivery through toolbox talks and in-post training.
• Support the completion of employee evaluations or appraisals, including improvement plans, in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct regular area reviews to ensure team members meet performance standards.
• Create and encourage opportunities for employee promotions.
• Comply with appropriate QHSE requirements.
• Deliver budgeted profit through effective management of food costs, labor costs, and overhead costs.
• Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction, resolving issues promptly without compromising project profitability.
• Attract and retain an experienced and effective management team and workforce dedicated to the long-term completion of the project, minimizing staff turnover.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance with the CATRION Quality Assurance Program.
• Report any stores shortages or required products to the team leader.
• Manage all camp/site administration.
• Assist the team leader in adhering to budgets for labor, food, cleaning materials, utensils, and all other miscellaneous costs.
• Provide daily reporting to own/client maintenance on technical support for preventive maintenance.
• Present a positive image of CATRION to clients and customers.
• Implement quality monitoring systems to measure customer satisfaction, client, and contract compliance.
• Accompany the team leader in representing the company in regular on-site client meetings if requested.
• Train all site staff in the CATRION quality system, ensuring concepts are understood, followed, and consistent service is delivered.
• Ensure staff are inducted in accordance with CATRION policies.
• Manage effective training and development of all team members, identifying any gaps to the direct line manager.
• Lead and communicate effectively to maintain high motivation levels with staff or perform any other task as requested or instructed by the team leader.
• Assist in employee grievances management.
• Ensure the handling of daily material issuing aligns with unit budgets.
• Ensure an efficient Daily Walk Through.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support direct management and ensure team compliance with established systems and processes.
• Experience in training and developing junior team members.
• Proven capability in managing client relationships and ensuring project profitability.
• Strong understanding and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active participation in site operations and team management.
