About the Role

Unilever is seeking an SM Assistant Manager Key Accounts to join their team in Makkah, with work primarily in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are focused on creating value and contributing to organizational success through strategic account management.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to drive business winning strategies by analyzing channel data, monitoring market activities, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The SM Assistant Manager Key Accounts will play a crucial part in enhancing sales processes and ensuring compliance within channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, own, and analyze channel data lakes, ensuring data hygiene and accurate information flow to CBD to support business strategies.
• Execute and monitor planned activities, overseeing their implementation.
• Monitor competitor activities in the market and develop and execute mitigation plans.
• Conduct monthly reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize data-driven strategies to improve sales processes and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic, regional, and global partners to maximize collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of channel strategies.
• Implement measures to ensure channel partner compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external agencies to track, plan, and implement marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Experience in FMCG, Key Account management, or Retail is preferred.
• This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience.

Work Environment
