Role Purpose

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and fostering connections with the online community. This position plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring Leylaty Group's digital presence accurately reflects its brand values of elegance, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging content, including copy, images, and videos, tailored for specific platforms and aligned with the brand's tone and audience.
• Oversee daily social media operations, including scheduling and publishing posts, and maintaining consistent messaging across all digital channels.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate an active online community that embodies Leylaty Group's warmth and hospitality.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, evaluate campaign outcomes, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy adjustments.
• Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns to improve brand visibility, engagement, and overall growth.
• Track customer sentiment and contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and engaging brand presence online.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in social media management or a related digital marketing field.
• Demonstrated ability to create diverse content formats (copy, images, video).
• Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for community engagement.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance monitoring tools.

Work Environment and Location
