Store Supervisor

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Store Supervisor for a full-time position in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This role involves managing the complete operations of standard retail branches, focusing on driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and improve conversion rates and average transaction value (ATV).
• Execute promotions and ensure daily sales follow-up.
• Act as the store owner, accountable for revenue and overall results.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints to ensure resolution.
• Build customer relationships and support retention efforts.
• Supervise and guide the store team on daily performance, ensuring proper scheduling, coverage, and productivity.
• Provide on-floor coaching and support team development.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and overall readiness.
• Ensure store cleanliness, display, and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle maintenance, operational issues, and general store needs.
• Ensure product availability and stock accuracy, monitoring fast/slow-moving items and reporting gaps.
• Maintain proper display and merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and correct Point of Sale (POS) usage.
• Monitor insurance transactions and compliance, preventing errors, misuse, or policy violations.
• Monitor store expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily closing accuracy.
• Track pending orders and work to reduce undelivered sales.
• Report on store performance, risks, and issues to the Area Manager.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Act as a role model in professionalism and discipline.
• Ensure assigned SVR action items are executed on time and support maintaining store compliance with required operational and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full store operations.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and enhancing customer experience.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active involvement in daily store operations and team supervision.
