Store Supervisor

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage full store operations for standard branches in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in retail or optical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and improve conversion rates and average transaction value (ATV).
• Execute promotions and ensure daily sales follow-up.
• Oversee store operations, including opening, closing, and readiness.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service standards and resolve customer complaints.
• Supervise and guide the store team on daily performance, scheduling, and productivity.
• Provide on-floor coaching and support team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display, and brand standards.
• Manage maintenance, operational issues, and store needs.
• Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and proper merchandising.
• Monitor fast/slow-moving items and report inventory gaps.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, POS usage, and compliance with insurance transactions.
• Monitor store expenses, ensure cost efficiency, and manage cash handling.
• Track pending orders and work to reduce undelivered sales.
• Report on store performance, risks, and issues to the Area Manager.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Act as a role model in professionalism and discipline.
• Execute assigned SVR action items on time to maintain store compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years in retail or optical operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for Optics or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering branches in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active management of daily store operations and team supervision.

Reporting and Compliance

The Store Supervisor is responsible for timely and accurate reporting, monitoring store expenses, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. This includes preventing errors, misuse, or policy violations within the store environment.
