About the Role

MAFAS-Mahmal Facilities Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure qualified candidates for various vacancies within the organization. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs, conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, and support candidate selection processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and foster positive relationships with potential hires.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and facilitate smooth onboarding and mobilization of new hires.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Manage HRDF registration, documentation, funding/reimbursement requirements, and related reporting.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar full-cycle recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interviewing methods.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, HRDF, and Qiwa is preferred.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires a professional who can operate effectively within the specified region.
