Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer Health Coordination Analytics professional to join its team in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to health coordination efforts through data analysis and operational support within a leading healthcare organization.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance health coordination by providing robust analytical support and ensuring data integrity. The individual will be instrumental in tracking performance, identifying operational insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various health services. This position plays a key part in maintaining accurate reporting and optimizing patient flow and service utilization.

Key Responsibilities: Data and Performance

• Perform data collection, track performance metrics, and generate operational insights.
• Coordinate the analysis of patient flow data, utilization trends, and service impact.
• Validate operational data, ensure workflow alignment, and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Track service utilization and conduct turnaround time analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare performance reports, provide insights, escalate significant trends, and track improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting systems, ensure data integrity, and assist with dashboard maintenance.
• Monitor operational readiness indicators and report on their impact.
• Align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), update dashboards, and ensure performance visibility.

Operational Coordination and Reporting Support

• Coordinate the collection of operational and patient experience data from clinic teams and systems.
• Validate data completeness and accuracy across various tools, including HIS, QMS, appointment, and escalation systems.
• Support the preparation and distribution of routine operational and performance reports.
• Maintain structured data logs related to patient flow, waiting times, cancellations, and escalations.
• Ensure system utilization compliance through correct data entry and adherence to basic reporting practices.
• Act as a focal point for data-related queries between clinic operations and Command Center/MIS teams.
• Support documentation, version control, and standardization of reporting templates and trackers.
• Assist in tracking action items and improvement initiatives derived from performance insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.
