The Role: Tamheer Medical Quality

The Tamheer Medical Quality role is a full-time position focused on the implementation of medical quality initiatives and continuous improvement within Bupa Arabia. The individual in this role will provide essential support to the quality team, assisting in quality assurance, ongoing education, training, monitoring, and audits. This position ensures adherence to national and international healthcare standards, contributing directly to quality enhancement and accreditation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in the timely revision of Policies, Procedures, Plans, Programs, Clinical Care Pathways, Guidelines, Protocols, and Forms, ensuring alignment with the latest scientific references.
• Educate staff on quality management system updates, implement new processes, and monitor compliance across relevant departments.
• Support all phases of accreditation, including preparation, maintenance, and outcome management.
• Collaborate with the team to initiate and develop new Performance Improvement Projects for various departments.
• Participate in diverse audits covering Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, Risk Management, Clinical Governance, Patient Experience, and Personnel Files.
• Contribute to the development, education, implementation, benchmarking, and monitoring of all Quality Indicators according to established frequencies.
• Assist in addressing and taking action on reports from compliance surveys and observations made by regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in medical quality or a related field.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with primary work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage and implement quality initiatives.
