About the Role

SADSCO is seeking a Tendering Specialist to manage and expand the company's government and institutional tender business, with a primary focus on NUPCO and related government procurement channels. This full-time position, based in Makkah (Jeddah or Makkah), reports to the Head of Commercial and is central to SADSCO's commercial transformation. The role involves driving tender scoring improvements, managing the full bid lifecycle, and coordinating with partners to enhance competitive positioning in government accounts. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, pricing strategy, submission, and post-award contract management for NUPCO and other government/institutional tenders.
• Drive measurable improvements in NUPCO tender scoring by coordinating with SADSCO’s partners and strengthening the company's local-content position.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with NUPCO, Market Place, ARAMCO Medical, Ministry of Health procurement teams, and other government account stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor tender activity, pricing benchmarks, and award outcomes to refine SADSCO's bidding strategy continuously.
• Ensure full compliance of tender submissions with documentation requirements, SFDA registration status, and contractual terms.
• Forecast tender-channel volumes and revenue, and report performance against targets to the Head of Commercial regularly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and full contract fulfillment on awarded tenders.
• Identify and pursue new government and institutional tender opportunities aligned with SADSCO's expanding portfolio.
• Manage a team responsible for collections, setting targets, and providing guidance and support.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle.
• Experience in coordinating with partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in monitoring market activity and refining strategies.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements for tender submissions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, with primary work locations in Jeddah or Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic commercial team and collaborating with various internal departments and external government stakeholders.
