Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the cleaning staff and distribute daily tasks and shifts
• Ensure the readiness and cleanliness of rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
• Manage inventory of furnishings, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
• Coordinate with the reception department regarding room status (ready/under cleaning/maintenance)
• Basic training for new employees and follow up on their performance
• Follow up on any comments or complaints related to room cleanliness and resolve them quickly

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping (previous supervisory experience preferred)
• Ability to organize a team and handle work pressure
• Basic computer literacy (Excel or any simple inventory recording system)
• Organized and detail-oriented personality
• Proficiency in Arabic, with basic English as an added advantage
