Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team in Medina. This full-time role involves overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and contributing to memorable dining experiences for guests.

Role Overview

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional culinary standards. This position requires a focus on both food preparation and operational oversight within the kitchen, directly impacting guest satisfaction through quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, season, cook, and test dishes in adherence to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Supervise the junior kitchen team, including line cooks, and provide necessary support in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain all work areas in a clean, tidy, and organized manner, actively preventing cross-contamination.
  • Monitor the quality of ingredients, ensuring proper storage practices and effective stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
  • Assist with guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, contributing to a positive overall dining experience.
