The Founding Partner Opportunity

Ruh Al-Fann is seeking a visionary co-founder to join the team as a Founding Partner. This is a full-time founding role, distinct from a traditional employment position, offering meaningful equity and long-term ownership in the company. The objective for this role is to scale the brand into a globally recognized entity from its base in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah (Medina).

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the brand’s identity and global positioning.
• Lead strategic partnerships, retail expansion initiatives, and fundraising efforts.
• Drive growth strategies and manage operational activities across Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate closely with the existing founder on long-term strategic planning.
• Progress into a CEO-level leadership capacity within the organization.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Based in Saudi Arabia or possesses deep connections within the region.
• Over 10 years of experience in luxury goods, brand-building, or creative ventures.
• Well-networked across retail sectors, investor communities, or government bodies.
• Demonstrated track record in successfully raising capital.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial drive and a long-term strategic mindset.

Location and Compensation

This Founding Partner role is based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah (Medina), Saudi Arabia. Compensation for this position includes meaningful equity and long-term ownership in Ruh Al-Fann, reflecting its nature as a foundational leadership opportunity.
