About Knight Frank and the Capital Markets Team
Knight Frank is recognized globally for its Capital Markets teams, which are involved in high-profile real estate transactions internationally. The firm operates across key hubs including the UK, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, supported by specialist market research analysts. The Middle East Capital Markets team has established itself as a strong presence in the market, focusing on both outbound capital flows with a global remit and regional investment advisory for clients ranging from family offices to institutions and sovereign funds. This full-time position is based in Riyadh.
The Opportunity: Associate Partner, Capital Markets
Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join its Capital Markets team in Riyadh. This role involves providing essential deal support for both buy-side and sell-side transactions across the region. The Associate Partner will work closely with Knight Frank’s global Capital Markets teams in international hubs, as well as with the firm's network of offices throughout the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior team members on existing instructions across various geographies.
- Develop bespoke and detailed cash flow models using Excel, create cash flow projections, and assist with investment analysis.
- Collate requirements, leads, and opportunities for team discussions.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and other detailed documents.
- Construct and manage data rooms.
- Review lease agreements and draft detailed commercial term sheets.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key investors across the region.
- Create, update, and maintain deal and capital trackers, along with other required databases.
- Provide regular market reports in collaboration with relevant research teams.
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients to uphold the professional image of the Partnership.
- Guide clients through the transaction process and present potential opportunities.
- Refer business leads or other potential fee-earning opportunities to other parts of the regional and global business.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Development, Investment, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of deal-making with evidence of completed transactions within the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.
- An existing network of professional contacts.
- Sound understanding of commercial lease terms impacting value.
- Sound understanding of valuation methodology.
- Sound understanding of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional standards; MRICS desired but not essential.

- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- Proficiency in using computers and information technology, including Knight Frank internal systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required; fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
Work Environment and Collaboration
The role operates within a collaborative and dynamic environment, requiring close coordination with internal teams and external clients. The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality is paramount. A flexible approach to travel is also expected to support regional and global business needs.
