About the Associate Partner, Capital Markets Role

Knight Frank MENA is seeking an Associate Partner, Capital Markets to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing crucial deal support for both buy-side and sell-side transactions within the region. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's established reputation in high-profile real estate transactions.

The Capital Markets Team

Knight Frank's global Capital Markets teams are recognized for their involvement in significant international real estate transactions. The Middle East Capital Markets team has developed into a strong market presence, focusing on global outbound capital flows and regional investment advisory. This team serves a diverse client base, including family offices, institutions, and sovereign funds. The Associate Partner will collaborate closely with Knight Frank’s global Capital Markets teams in international hubs and with regional offices.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior team members on existing instructions across various geographies.
• Create bespoke and detailed cash flow modelling using Excel.
• Develop cash flow projections and assist with investment analysis.
• Collate requirements, leads, and opportunities for team discussion.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and other detailed documents.
• Construct data rooms.
• Review lease agreements.
• Draft detailed commercial term sheets.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key investors across the region.
• Create, update, and maintain deal and capital trackers, as well as other required databases.
• Provide regular market reports, collaborating with relevant research teams.
• Collaborate with research teams to prepare presentations and research documents on relevant subjects.
• Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding the transaction process and present potential opportunities.
• Refer business leads or other potential fee-earning opportunities to other parts of the regional and global business.
• Undertake other tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this position should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in capital markets or real estate investment. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in transaction support for both buy-side and sell-side deals is essential.
