Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Installation of new elevators according to engineering plans and technical instructions. Periodic inspection of elevators and escalators to ensure operational safety. Implementation of preventive maintenance and repairs in case of malfunctions. Calibration and adjustment of mechanical and electrical systems of elevators. Inspection of safety systems (such as brakes, door sensors, alarm systems). Replacing damaged parts and ensuring they meet specifications. Recording maintenance activities and technical reports regularly. Adherence to occupational safety procedures while working in engine rooms and tight spaces. Cooperation with engineers and supervisors to ensure quality performance and completion of work on schedule. Providing technical support during periodic inspections by the relevant authorities.
