About the Role
Virtucruit is partnering with a leading company in Saudi Arabia to appoint an HR / GR Officer. This role is within the Human Resources Department and requires the effective and efficient management of HR and government relations activities. The officer will ensure all employee-related processes, documentation, and government requirements are handled accurately and in compliance with company policies and local regulations, from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest level of safety, health, and environmental work standards.
- Manage overall HR and administrative functions in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and personnel file management.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, warning letters, and other essential employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, payroll coordination, and final settlements.
- Address employee relations, disciplinary matters, and provide comprehensive HR support.
- Operate and manage Saudi government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, and Chamber of Commerce services.
- Process iqama issuance/renewal, work permits, profession changes, employee transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit visas.
- Manage Qiwa contracts, Saudization compliance, labor transfers, and employee updates.
- Handle GOSI registration/deletion, salary updates, and ensure WPS compliance through Mudad.
- Coordinate medical insurance, employee benefits, and other HR administrative matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare comprehensive monthly HR reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience specifically within Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi Nationals only.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards.
- Expertise in managing HR & Administrative Functions.
- Skilled in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Orientation processes.
- Competent in Personnel File Management.
- Experience in preparing Employment Contracts, HR Letters, and Warning Letters.
- Proficient in Attendance Management, Leave Records Management, and Overtime Management.
- Adept at Payroll Coordination and processing Final Settlements.
- Strong capabilities in Employee Relations and handling Disciplinary Matters.
- Ability to provide effective HR Support.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Government Portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, and Chamber of Commerce services.
- Experience with Iqama Issuance/Renewal, Work Permits, Profession Changes, Employee Transfers, Exit/Re-entry Visas, and Final Exit Visas.
- Skilled in Qiwa Contracts Management, Saudization Compliance, Labor Transfers, and Employee Updates.
- Proficient in GOSI Registration/Deletion, GOSI Salary Updates, and WPS Compliance via Mudad.
- Experience in Medical Insurance Coordination and Employee Benefits Management.
- Strong HR Record Maintenance and Monthly HR Reporting abilities.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP Usage.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to independently manage HR and government-related tasks.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position located in Najran, within the Najran Region of Saudi Arabia. The role is based at the Mine Site, where accommodation, transportation, and food are provided.
