About the HR & Admin Officer Role

************ is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR & Admin Officer to support its growing operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of HR and administrative functions, maintaining full compliance with Saudi labor laws, and aligning with global operating standards. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of the Saudi business environment.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The HR & Admin Officer will manage key HR operations and administrative tasks to support the company's objectives. This includes overseeing onboarding, payroll coordination, contract management, and exit procedures, all while ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws. A significant part of the role involves managing government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and MHRSD, and ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements. The position also entails handling work visa processes, residency permits, and other necessary government documentation.

Key HR and Administrative Duties

  • Lead HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, contract management, and exit processes, in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Manage GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and MHRSD platforms and ensure Saudization compliance.
  • Support recruitment activities, internal communications, and employee relations.
  • Handle work visa processes, residency permits, and government documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day office management, procurement, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Ensure timely renewals of company licenses and official documentation.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and PROs to manage government interactions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy in line with local regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Saudi national preferred, or must be legally eligible to work in KSA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR and/or Administration experience within Saudi Arabia.
  • Thorough understanding of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency: fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in a startup or international work environment is considered a plus.
