The Opportunity:
This hybrid position involves a unique blend of clinical expertise and commercial skills, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratories, clinicians, and distributors.
  • Drive expansion of the diagnostic product portfolio.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales application support tailored to customer workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues pertaining to calibration and quality control.
  • Deliver comprehensive product training and support to customers.
  • Represent Beckman Coulter at various external events including trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and field support.
  • Provide remote application support as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Medical Laboratory.
  • Proven track record in diagnostics and clinical laboratory settings.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi diagnostics market.
