About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of employee housing facilities, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodations, guest houses, and common areas to ensure standards are met.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security services to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage room allocations, check-in/check-out processes, and maintain accurate occupancy records.
  • Address employee accommodation requests and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor service providers and contractors to ensure they meet agreed service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with housing policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
