About the Carpenter Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Carpenter to join the pre-opening team for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea in Neom, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring all woodwork and related elements across the property are maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Carpenter will be responsible for a range of carpentry tasks to maintain the property's aesthetic and functional integrity. This includes:

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on woodwork in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back-of-house spaces.
• Constructing, repairing, and refurbishing furniture, doors, windows, cabinetry, and decorative wood features.
• Assisting with the installation and adjustment of fixtures, paneling, and signage.
• Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and ensuring tools are in good working condition.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments to address repair requests and project requirements.
• Keeping accurate records of completed work and materials used.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Supporting sustainability initiatives by minimizing waste and recycling materials where feasible.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the necessary skills and experience to perform carpentry duties effectively. The requirements include:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional carpentry experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or commercial setting.
• Proficiency in using woodworking tools, equipment, and various finishing techniques.
• The ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is considered an advantage.
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
• Basic understanding of safety practices, manual handling, and workplace hazard management.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.

This is a full-time position based in Neom, Saudi Arabia, as part of the pre-opening team for a new luxury destination. The role requires collaboration across various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
