About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our operations in Rabigh. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the continuous and efficient performance of our machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of maintenance activities to uphold operational reliability and safety standards across our facilities.

Core Maintenance Duties

• Analyze daily issues impacting machine performance, focusing on mechanical and electrical aspects, and develop effective improvement actions.
• Perform daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks on machines in accordance with established plans.
• Gather and analyze defects or tags from machinery, subsequently preparing plans for their eradication.
• Identify and specify required materials and spare parts for maintenance activities.
• Reduce instances of minor machine stops and accurately report their underlying causes.

Technical Operations and Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot equipment problems or performance issues, implementing necessary repairs or improvements as identified and approved by the direct manager or supervisor.
• Carry out predictive maintenance checks on all machinery as directed by management.
• Ensure all regular checks and maintenance requirements are consistently performed on machines.
• Assist the team with the installation of new machinery.

Compliance and Safety Standards

• Maintain all machinery in strict adherence to manufacturer’s standards and planned maintenance programs.
• Read, understand, and diligently follow machinery handbooks, technical details, and specifications.
• Execute all function-related activities utilizing safe and environmentally sound methods.

Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate and monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including raising requests for equipment defects.
• Perform any other job-related activities as directed by the line manager.
