The Role of Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment. This position focuses on troubleshooting equipment issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all machinery within the manufacturing plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and address corrective maintenance requirements on production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and carry out effective repairs.
• Inspect machinery regularly to ensure safe operating conditions and optimal efficiency.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and report recurring issues for further analysis.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and established maintenance standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing plant setting.
• Solid knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment effectively.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be based at our facilities in the Eastern Province, contributing directly to on-site operational continuity.
