About the Role: Organization & Job Analyst

Petro Rabigh is seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to join its team in Rabigh as an Organization & Job Analyst. This full-time position is crucial for assessing organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring that job descriptions are accurate, updated, and aligned with business objectives. The role contributes to attracting, retaining, and developing talent, as well as maintaining legal compliance and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational and job analysis studies to document existing roles, responsibilities, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Develop, update, and maintain clear and accurate job descriptions and specifications, ensuring consistency and compliance with employment legislation and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and departmental leaders to evaluate job content, scope, and requirements for new and existing positions.
  • Perform job evaluations using established methodologies to determine appropriate job grades, salary bands, and career paths, supporting competitive compensation structures.
  • Analyze workforce data, organization charts, and staffing needs to support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring projects.
  • Provide guidance to management on job design, job families, and organizational structure for optimal efficiency and clarity.
  • Conduct market benchmarking studies to ensure job roles and pay structures align with industry standards and current market practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to organization management and job evaluation.
  • Support the preparation of analytical reports, presentations, and documentation regarding organizational structure, job analysis findings, and recommendations.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion within the organizational framework.

Required Experience

  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in organization and job analysis.
