Organization Development Team Lead

About the Role

The Environment Fund is seeking an Organization Development Team Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assisting with the development and maintenance of HR organizational development strategies by leading initiatives related to organizational structure, workforce planning, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will ensure the alignment of HR practices with strategic business goals and contribute to a high-performance, agile, and adaptable organization.

Role Purpose

This position is central to enhancing the organization's effectiveness through strategic HR interventions. The Team Lead will play a key role in shaping the organizational landscape, ensuring that structures and processes support business objectives and foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance organizational structures to align with business strategy and growth.
• Assist in updating and developing HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.
• Align job descriptions with structural changes for effective job evaluation and recruitment.
• Support research and application of best practices in organizational development (OD) to facilitate transformation.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organizational structure challenges.
• Participate in developing and mapping competency frameworks to job roles across the organization.
• Support workforce planning by preparing annual manpower plans and related policies.
• Analyze and update compensation structures to remain competitive with market benchmarks.
• Conduct job evaluations and classification exercises to ensure internal equity.
• Help design and refine policies related to rewards, promotions, and performance management.
• Assist in updating HR service level agreements (SLAs) to match evolving business needs.
• Oversee the functionality and optimization of HR systems and intranet platforms.
• Lead employee engagement and satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate employee transfers to ensure alignment with organizational needs and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in organizational development or a related HR field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives related to organizational structure, workforce planning, and job evaluation.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Environment Fund. The role requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders and contributes to a dynamic HR function focused on strategic organizational development.
