About the Role

Hadi Hamad Al Hammam Holding Company is seeking experienced Heating Air Conditioning Technicians for its operations in Ras Tanura, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the company's industrial and commercial HVAC operations, requiring skilled professionals to maintain critical cooling systems.

The company is looking to fill two specialized roles: an HVAC Technician focusing on DX and Package Units, and a Chiller Technician specializing in Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled systems. Both positions require a high level of technical expertise and adherence to stringent maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of DX Units, Package Units, Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU), and Split Units.
• Independent diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC control panels, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• Execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Performing copper pipe brazing, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging for HVAC systems.
• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled chillers.
• Independent troubleshooting of chiller control panels, compressors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and sensors.
• Execution of preventive maintenance for chillers, including oil analysis, tube cleaning, and condenser/evaporator maintenance.
• Handling refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and charging according to EPA standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial / Commercial HVAC systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Chiller Systems.
• Previous Saudi Aramco project experience is considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with units from manufacturers including York, Zamil, Trane, Petra, and Carrier.
• ITI or Diploma in HVAC / Refrigeration is preferred.
• Valid CWQAP, WPR, and Brazing Certificates are preferred.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of DX Units, Package Units, FCU, AHU, and Split Units.
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC control panels, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• Competence in performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to established standards.
• Skilled in copper pipe brazing, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging.
• Experience with Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled chillers.
• Ability to troubleshoot chiller control panels, compressors, VFDs, and sensors.
• Proficiency in chiller preventive maintenance tasks such as oil analysis, tube cleaning, and condenser/evaporator maintenance.
• Knowledge of refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and charging procedures.
