- Managing social media accounts

- Preparing seasonal offers and campaigns

- Analyzing the market and studying competitors

- Identifying and segmenting target audiences

- Monitoring the marketing budget and adjusting spending

- Measuring performance indicators such as:

- Potential Customers Leads

- Customer Acquisition Cost CAC

- Conversion Rate

- Return on Ad Spend ROAS

- Return on Investment ROI

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management

- Optimizing landing pages and the website to increase conversions

- Monitoring brand reputation and responding to feedback in coordination with customer service

- Coordinating with the sales department to ensure the quality of leads and improve closing rates

- Proposing new marketing ideas to increase sales and reach
- Activating the loyalty and referral program

- Following the latest digital marketing trends and applying best practices
