Ratem for E-marketing is looking for an ambitious and organized person to develop sales, build relationships with potential clients, and convert opportunities into actual contracts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Research and contact potential companies and clients.
• Conduct introductory calls and meetings to understand client needs.
• Professionally present Ratem's services and marketing solutions.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals in collaboration with the team.
• Follow up with potential clients until the contract is signed.
• Manage and update client data and sales stages daily via the CRM system.
• Re-engage with past clients and incomplete opportunities.
• Build new partnerships and relationships that serve the company's growth.
• Prepare a weekly report on calls, meetings, proposals, and contracts.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge in business development or sales, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to reach decision-makers within companies.
• High organization and commitment to follow-up and not neglect opportunities.
• Ability to prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Take responsibility and work according to clear goals and results



Requirements

  • Expert or Advanced in English
