We are looking for someone who loves content, is very comfortable in front of the camera, and is curious to understand: Why does some content go viral and some doesn't?

Your role is not just to "post content".

Your role is to build an audience and community around Sabbar.

You will manage specialized content accounts from scratch, understand the audience we want to reach, know their problems and interests, and turn them into content they watch, share, and follow the account for.

Note: We are looking for a human, not AI 👀

✨ What will you do?

🎥 Create content daily
Come up with ideas, write the hook, film, and participate in the production and publishing of 3-5 videos daily.

🎯 Understand your audience deeply
Know who we are targeting, what their problems are, what they are looking for, and what content truly matters to them.

📱 Be one of the faces of the content
Be comfortable in front of the camera, love to appear, and have a natural style that makes people watch the video.

🚀 Build an audience from scratch
Your goal is not just the number of videos. We want to see the account grow from 0 → 10K → 50K → 100K+ followers.

🧠 Understand how content goes viral
Learn the algorithms, hooks, retention, trends, and the best ways to convert a viewer into a follower.

🧪 Experiment a lot
Ideas, series, characters, angles, and different filming methods. What works, we double it, and what doesn't work, we learn from it quickly.

💬 Build a community, not just followers
Interact with people, listen to them, and turn the account into a place they return to and follow constantly.

Help us deliver Sabbar's message to companies and job seekers in a fun, simple, and different way.

👀 Who are we looking for?

Experience is not the most important thing for us.

We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience, but who has:

• Excellent personality and communication skills

• Comfort and confidence in front of the camera

• A genuine love for content creation

• Interest in the world of recruitment, companies, and HR

• Good understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content

• The ability to turn an ordinary idea into an attention-grabbing video

• High curiosity and a love for continuous experimentation

• And most importantly: a desire to build something big from scratch

🎯 How will we know you succeeded?

Not because you posted 100 videos.

Your success is when you start building a real audience: people who wait for the content, share it, save it, interact with it, and know Sabbar because of it.

We want to build accounts that reach tens and hundreds of thousands of followers, and create videos that exceed 100 thousand and a million views.
