·      Tasks and Responsibilities

• Follow up on inventory movement and ensure the accuracy of quantities recorded in the system and their match with the actual inventory.
• Receive new products, inspect quantities and items, and organize them within the warehouse.
• Prepare and package daily e-commerce orders accurately and quickly.
• Ensure that products and quantities match the customer's order before shipping.
• Print and prepare shipping labels and attach them to orders.
• Deliver daily shipments to couriers and shipping companies and ensure all shipments are recorded.
• Follow up on the status of orders and shipments and coordinate with shipping companies in case of any issues.
• Receive and process returned orders from customers.
• Process exchanges and ensure the status of products and inventory is updated correctly.
• Inspect returned products, determine their condition, and return usable products to inventory.
• Assist in periodic warehouse inventory counts and verify any discrepancies.
• Maintain the organization, arrangement, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, orders, and returns as needed.

·      Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse work or e-commerce order fulfillment is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer use and ability to handle inventory and order systems.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and work under the pressure of daily orders.
• Commitment and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Previous experience in dealing with shipping companies, returns, and exchanges is preferred.
