About GoStation and the Role

GoStation is seeking a General Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily accounting operations and monitoring costs and revenues to support the company's financial performance. We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience, preferably within the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer transfers and ensure real-time entry into the system.
• Verify daily Aramco bookings and confirm cargo unloading at designated customer locations.
• Track advances and ensure daily invoice verification.
• Oversee the spare parts warehouse and review inventory movement.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing customer status and balances.
• Conduct year-end inventory counts for assets and the warehouse.
• Monitor and record daily purchases and sales for mobile stations.
• Process customer sales invoicing.
• Receive and process customer requests.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of one year of professional accounting experience.
• Proven experience working with an ERP system.
• Experience within the transportation sector is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong financial analysis skills and a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication abilities.
