About the Role

Hamad Al Nujaidi Law Firm is seeking a Trainee Lawyer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment, actively participating in legal and judicial work, and learning directly from hands-on practice.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing legal memos, briefs, and correspondence.
• Conducting research on laws, regulations, legal principles, and judicial precedents.
• Studying cases and files, analyzing facts and documents.
• Contributing to the preparation of legal consultations, contracts, and opinions.
• Following up on lawsuits, requests, and judicial and enforcement procedures through legal platforms.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal files, organizing their documents, and documenting their procedures.
• Participating in the firm's legal and advisory projects, including related research and deliverables.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia.
• Strong desire for professional development and building practical experience.
• Good ability in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
• Proficiency in using electronic systems and platforms related to legal work.
• Accuracy, commitment, and a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Location

The position is based in Riyadh, Al Yasmin District.
