Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budget management, and financial performance analysis. You will manage and develop the finance team, ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and provide strategic insights to support the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
* Develop and implement budgets and financial forecasts.
* Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
* Oversee internal and external audit processes.
* Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws and regulations.
* Lead and develop the finance team.
