About the Public Relations Officer Role

Jorn Roastery is seeking a Public Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Al Saudia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to manage and enhance the company's interactions with government entities.

Role Overview

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all company dealings with government bodies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong professional relationships. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in managing official procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on all company interactions with government entities.
• Implement procedures through government entities and track their updates and requirements.
• Oversee the issuance and renewal of necessary approvals and licenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Represent Jorn Roastery before government entities and cultivate effective relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
• Previous experience in the coffee shop industry or dealing with government entities is required.
• Practical experience in engaging with government bodies such as those related to Power, Security, Government Endowments, Tourism, Ministry of Commerce, Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing procedures and documenting official paperwork.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, particularly in interactions with government entities.
• Ability to effectively implement agreements and accurately track their execution within specified timelines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct engagement with various government agencies and internal stakeholders.
