Nature of Work: Full-time (Field and Office)

🎯 Job Objective:

To lead the sales and business development efforts of the establishment, build a client base of companies, contractors, and suppliers, and bring in new contracts and supplies to achieve growth and cash flow objectives.

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities:

 Acquire Contracts and Opportunities: Actively search for new contracting and supply opportunities in the market and sign contracts with clients.

 Build Relationships: Communicate with companies, real estate developers, and accredited contractors to build long-term strategic partnerships.

 Market Study and Exploration: Follow up on current and future projects, identify customer needs, and price services/materials in coordination with management.

 Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals: Submit price offers and follow up on them until the deal is closed and the contract is signed.

 Negotiation Management: Correspond and negotiate financial and contractual terms to ensure the best profit margin for the establishment.

 Follow-up on Collections: Cooperate in following up on the establishment's financial dues resulting from signed contracts.

🛠️ Required Skills and Experience:

 Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in contracting sales or building materials and supplies within the Saudi market (preferably in Riyadh).

 Relationships: Possess a good network of relationships with suppliers, contractors, and real estate companies.

 Communication Skills: High ability in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.

 Technical Understanding: General knowledge of contracting, supply operations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

 Flexibility and Initiative: Ability to work continuously in the field and a strong desire to achieve ambitious sales targets.

 License: Possess a driver's license and a private car (preferred).
