About the Security Supervisor Role

Panda Retail Company is seeking a Security Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This employee role focuses on maintaining security protocols and responding to incidents within the company's operations.

Core Job Purpose

The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage security operations. This includes monitoring the entry and exit of individuals and vehicles, managing alarm systems, and reviewing surveillance camera feeds. The Security Supervisor is also responsible for providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with relevant authorities during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and responding to theft cases in accordance with company policy, procedures, and regulations.
• Clearly explaining emergency procedures to security personnel.
• Ensuring proper handling of security seals before and after driver dispatch and arrival to stores.
• Overseeing the handling and weighing of scrap materials designated for sale from stores.
• Conducting investigations into theft cases.
• Maintaining knowledge of contact numbers for police and fire departments for emergency situations.
• Inputting accident details into GOSI platforms.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
• Ability to manage scheduling using Excel.
• Capability to review CCTV footage effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties under pressure.
