Salon 95 in Riyadh – Dahran Laban is looking for a Content, Marketing, and Customer Experience Officer, who will be responsible for photographing salon services, creating daily content, communicating with clients and converting inquiries into bookings, in addition to receiving clients and following up on their experience at the salon.

This job is suitable for someone with a visual and creative sense, who loves photography and video creation, and is skilled in communication, persuasion, and follow-up with clients.

Main Tasks

First: Photography and Content Creation

• Photographing the salon's daily activities, services, and client experiences.
• Editing videos in a simple and attractive way.
• Publishing content on the salon's accounts according to the approved marketing plan.
• Following trends and ideas suitable for the beauty industry.

Photography and content creation are an essential and primary part of the job, not a secondary task.

Second: Marketing and Communication with Clients

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Explaining services, prices, and offers in a clear and attractive manner.
• Following up with interested clients and converting inquiries into actual bookings.
• Marketing new offers and services via WhatsApp and social media.
• Updating salon services and offers on the website.
• Communicating with companies and various entities to form partnerships and offers for their employees.
• Monitoring the results of campaigns and offers and the number of bookings generated.

Third: Receiving Clients and Bookings

• Receiving clients and welcoming them to the salon.
• Organizing bookings, confirming appointments, and following up on late arrivals or cancellations.
• Following up on the client's experience and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
• Operating the cash register, issuing invoices, and collecting payments.

Requirements

• Clear experience or skill in photographing videos and photos with a mobile phone.
• Proficiency in preparing and editing Reels and TikTok videos.
• Familiarity with using applications like CapCut and Canva.
• Creative sense and attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Polite demeanor and high ability in communication and persuasion.
• Ability to market services and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Good knowledge of using WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Organization, commitment, and ability to follow up with multiple clients and bookings.
• Previous experience in salons, beauty, or content marketing is preferred.
